All of our stylists are extremely talented and can help you to achieve the hair of your dreams. However some of our stylists do specialize in specific services and looks. Please visit our booking page to read the in depth bio for each stylist. You can also call and our styling coordinator can help match you with the stylist who will best fit your needs.
Each stylist is at a different price point based their experience and education. Our master stylists have over 10 years experience and are masters of their craft. Junior stylists have completed rigorous training programs and have at least 2 years experience as a stylist. We have top talent at all price points.
A color correction service is for clients who want to make a big change in their hair color, who have had a negative outcome with a previous salons color service, or if your hair has been box colored at home. If you are unsure of what service to schedule call or text our color coordinator who can set you up with the best stylist and service to achieve your goals.
We proudly only use Goldwell color which both protects and lasts longer than other lower priced lines. All services come standard with Kerastase or Philip B White Label products. For a more luxurious experience and for damaged hair or dry/oily scalp we recommend an upgrade to Philip B Black or Gold line packages.
We ask that you please reschedule/cancel at least 24 hours before the beginning of your appointment . Appointments cancelled or rescheduled the day before will incur a fee of 50% of the service. Same day cancellations/reschedules, or no show of reservation incurs fee of 100% of service value. Consultations will be charged a $30 fee if not canceled or rescheduled 24 hours prior to the appointment time.
We at Sheer Elegance Salon &Med Spa do not offer refunds on hair services. All sales are final. However, our number one priority is to make sure every client leaves looking and feeling beautiful. If you are unhappy with your hair we ask that you reach out via call or text within 48 hours of your service.

Dr. Hitham Tayoun or Dr. Sam as he goes by , is a well-respected name in the fields weight loss and aesthetics. He is passionate the science of weight loss and improving the health and wellbeing of patients.
Dr. Sam is board certified in anatomic Pathology, Cytopathology and Laboratory Medicine. Dr. Sam grew up in Damascus, Syria, where he completed his Medical Degree at the Faculty of Medicine, University of Damascus. Dr. Sam moved to the United States, where he completed his residency training at the University of Cincinnati; College of Medicine.
He is known for his love of photography, music, arts and traveling. He also has a great personal interest and passion for archaeology, mythology and origins of various religions of the ancient world civilizations.

Lauren is a motivated and passionate hair stylist enthusiastic about the hair care industry. She obtained her cosmetology license in 2013. She develops genuine relationships with clients while servicing them with intricate cutting, coloring, highlighting/balayage, and styling techniques. Kamryn has been a licensed cosmetologist for 2 years and has gone through some of the country’s most intensive training programs. With a passion for bringing people’s hair dreams to reality. Francine is our newest stylist on the Sheer Elegance Team! She comes with over 30 years of experience and has extensive training in the latest color and cutting trends. Francine is passionate about everything that encompasses making her clients feel beautiful through amazing hair.
Francine specializes in detailed haircutting and creating new styles that accentuate her clients’ natural features. From geometric bobs to free hand razor cuts, Francine is the go-to stylist to transform your look! Francine loves working on hyper natural colors, highlights, balayage, and is Brazilian blowout certified. She is currently taking on new clients and is a great choice as your new hairstylist!

Ashley Chavira is a San Antonio native and has been perfecting her skills in hairdressing since 2017. She specializes in hair color, balayage, hair cutting, and special occasion hairstyling. Paying attention to detail, and giving her clients the best experience possible is what she strives for. After leaving the Austin tech industry, Jenna moved to San Antonio to open Sheer Studios with a focus on empowering staff and creating a positive environment for both employees and clients. Jenna’s passion for detail and luxury shines in every aspect of the salon experience.
